Need Assistance Regarding Blocked Contributor Account

Hello Adobe Stock Community,

I hope you're all doing well. I am reaching out to seek assistance regarding the recent suspension of my contributor account on Adobe Stock. Unfortunately, I have not received any information or clarification about the reason behind this suspension.

I have been an active member of the Adobe Stock contributor community and have always strived to uphold the platform's guidelines and standards for image submissions. However, my account was recently blocked without any prior notice or explanation.

I would sincerely appreciate any guidance or support from the community members or the Adobe Stock team in resolving this matter. If anyone has encountered a similar situation or has any insights on the possible reasons for such account suspensions, I would be grateful for your input.

Additionally, if there are any specific steps or procedures I should follow to address this issue and reactivate my contributor account, I would be more than willing to comply.

Thank you in advance for your assistance and understanding. I look forward to any help or suggestions that the community can offer to resolve this matter.

Best regards,

If your account has been suspended, there is nothing that this community of peers can do for you. You will need to contact Adobe contributor support via the link at “Contact us”. Adobe will answer via e-mail, so watch your spam folder. The answer may take some time, depending on the workload of contributor support and the complexity of the investigation. So be patient and do not spam the contributor support.

According to the terms you agreed to when you joined, Adobe may temporarily suspend or permanently terminate a Stock Contributor account for any of the following:
1) Suspicious sales or refund activity,
2) They received an official infringement complaint or "take down" notice from a 3rd party,
3) Prohibited activities,
4) A technical problem that only Stock Support can fix.

If you don't hear anything within 15 business days (check your spam folder for reply), send a follow-up inquiry.
Work on other projects while you wait.

The members of this community, who are all stock contributors, cannot assist with the suspension of your account. You must use the Contact Us link displayed when you log on to request feedback from Adobe. This will create a Suport Ticket in their Contributor Support system. Then wait for Adobe for reply which will be via email. Check your spam folders for replies. It might take weeks for Adobe to reply as they are quite busy right now with investigations into many contributor accounts.
