Need feedback on images "rejected for Quality Issues"

I think you could have chosen a better composition - try a different angle to avoid the sky and focus more on the digger and the job it is doing - not just its back!

You could crop in closer: 

You could add blue to the sky, but the light is diffused - you don’t have strong shadows as it would be if it were sunny, so personally, I wouldn’t add blue; it doesn't match the lighting conditions.

There are a few distractions that could be edited out: the red flag, yellow flag, and so on. They pull my eye away from the main hero.

The photo is dark, so let's correct it in Lightroom before submitting it.

The image is definitely underexposed, and I also wonder about the commercial appeal of such an image.

Loss of detail in the shadows, unexposed, and the sky needs a touch of blue.
