Need feedback on rejected file (NON-COMPLIANT VECTOR)

"Hi everyone, I recently submitted a vector file containing human body and anatomy line icons. Unfortunately, it was rejected for being a 'NON-COMPLIANT VECTOR'.

I am attaching an image of the design here. Could experienced contributors please take a look and let me know what might be technically wrong with it or how I can fix it to meet the guidelines?
