Would love to know what to do with these images, they've been treated on Camera Raw and declined as  "quality-problem".

Camera Raw does not make bad pictures looking good. You should check the possible quality issues...

The first one lacks any thoughtful approach to composition, with no clear main subject. The second one is better in this respect, but the tree in the right side corner is "photo bombing" an otherwise interesting composition.

General composition is listed as a potential quality issue.
