Need help as a new contributor

I started contributing ai generated images. Some of them are selling very good , but my question is , in the "In rview" tab , there are some of my images that are in pending for 4 months , there not even gtting rejected so that i can get some more space for new file upload , does anyone face this, and know hoe to tackle this ? i would be very happy if someon from this community helkps me to figure this out. Thank you

Media type "photos" is obviously incorrect for this AI drawing, though I'm not sure that is the reason for the 4 month delay in reviewing. "Photos" type should only be used for images that are truly photo-realistic and look like they were acquired by a camera.

Since I made a mistake and they are still pending and they are not even getting rejected, is there any better or effective way so that they can better be fast rejected?
