Need help attaching Property Release to Image

I submitted 2 images and received a message saying that I had not submitted a property release form. However the releases are in the release section. I am not sure what to do as there is nothing shown to attach them. Please advise.

After clicking on "Yes (there is a recognizable property)", you will see a list of the releases you have already completed. Simply select one in the list and it will fill the appropriate field.
