Need help for account

Hello,

I already have an open case with Adobe Stock Contributor Support (Case #00517004), but I am unable to submit a follow-up message because the contact form shows:

"We are sorry, there was an error submitting your case."

My Contributor account is still inactive and displays the message:

"Our Account and Submission policy does not allow multiple Contributor accounts."

I have already removed my phone number from both Adobe accounts, and the old Adobe account has been deleted. I only want to use the Adobe ID:

Could someone please help review my case or advise on the next steps?

Thank you.

Were either of your accounts deactivated by Adobe for violating Stock TERMS?

No one in this forum can review your case. We are not Adobe employees. We can only advise you. You have conflicting information in your statement. “I have already removed my phone number from both Adobe accounts, and the old Adobe account has been deleted.” If one account was deleted, how did you remove the phone number? Repeating a phone number does not define multiple accounts. Only contributor support can delete an account. If your second account was created before March 2025 you should have no problem. If not, you violated the terms and your account will probably remain closed.

I had removed my number earlier, and after that I started the account deletion process. I just wanted to share this with you and ask what I should do now. My previous account was very old, from around 2022 or 2023-I don’t remember exactly.

Oh ok. That makes sense. The problem is that you created a second account at a time when an older account still existed. This is a violation of the Adobe’s Account and Submission Guidelines. Here is stated “As of March 25, 2025, contributors are not permitted to create and operate multiple contributor accounts unless you have written approval from Adobe Stock…...Duplicate or multiple accounts that violate this rule may result in the accounts being terminated.” Adobe maintains the right to close any account they determine in violation. You have to wait now and hope that they reopen the account.
