Need Help – My Adobe Stock Contributor Account Deactivated, No Response to Appeal

Hello Adobe Team and Community,

My Adobe Stock contributor account (linked to email: [SENSITIVE INFORMATION REMOVED BY MODERATOR] has been deactivated. I received a deactivation notice due to issues with Generative AI content, but I have not received a clear explanation of the specific reason.

I already sent my appeal email on 09 July 2025 and a follow-up on 016-july-2025, and I also submitted the “Contact Us” form, but unfortunately, I still have not received any response.

I have carefully reviewed the Generative AI submission guidelines and I now fully understand the requirements (avoiding repetitive content, accurate titles/tags, proper releases, and correct AI labeling). I am committed to following these rules strictly if I get another chance.

Could someone from Adobe Contributor Relations please check the status of my appeal and provide me with an update?

Thank you for your time and support.

Best regards,

Adobe does not follow this forum, and they do not discuss publicly account blocking. Adobe does not feel that there is a need to give you a more precise answer. And it's very improbable, but not impossible, that Adobe will allow you a second chance. However, posting here will not help your case. Posting personal data here will make you vulnerable to scammers of all kind. There is an other set of documentation that you did not read.

This is a private matter between you and Adobe Stock Contributor Support, not a public user-to-user web forum.

Please DO NOT post sensitive personal data in a non-secure space where it could be publicly exploited.

If you've not been invited back by now, it probably won't happen. That's their prerogative after you violated their TERMS.

Work on other projects. Submit to other services besides Stock.

Good luck.

You are not addressing Adobe here but contributors like yourself, and we can do nothing to be of assistance. You have used the "Contact us" link to ask for details. That is all you can do while Adobe investigates your account. It will most likely be awhile before you hear from them, other than a possible generic email notifying you that your email has been received. Keep an eye on your junk or spam folder if necessary. You should not attempt to contact Adobe repeatedly, as doing so potentially creates additional case numbers that can slow down Adobe's investigation.
