If this is ongoing for 6+ months, it is possible, that the account has been closed for good. Normally, you contact Adobe via the contact us link. That link brings you to a form, where you can enter your request. And Adobe answers by mail and opens an inquiry. I suppose that you got an e-mail from Adobe at some stage saying what happened to your account.

As for violations, that may lead to the account getting blocked, the most common are:

  • Uploading assets that are not yours.
  • Suspicious activity, like high-volume sales from one account, to boost your account and provide revenue that is acquired in bad faith.
  • Spamming the moderation queue again and again with rejected content, without addressing the issue.
  • Submitting high volumes of unfit assets.
  • Having a high return rate: customers complaining that your assets are not what they pretend they are, or having misleading titles, etc.

Did it do that 6 months ago? The link probably expired. Too late, how can you possibly ignore this for 6 months??

Hi @Munsi29325650os3q ,

I'm sorry, no one on any of the fora can help you. You need to reach out to Adobe using the contact us link on your page. It is likely you have violated the Adobe Contributor Agreement or some other guidelines.

Best wishes
