Need help understanding quailty issues

I have been a contributor for over 15 years. I have posted an AI modified image that has been rejected due to "Quality Issues" Any help to understand what the problem is would be appreciated. Thanks

AI makes lots of mistakes. Check all AI content for accuracy and unwanted artifacts at 100-300% magnification. Fix all errors if you can, or discard & start over.
