Need Help with Image

Can some one tell me why my image comes out blurry when I upload but the original image is crystal clear. Please and thank you. I can share orginal image if needed

    The image people will buy is a high resolution vector. 

    And the preview is a low resolution JPG.

    No need for the original image, except if it gets refused, and you don't see why. Refusals / acceptances are based on your original image as submitted.

    You cannot determine the sharpness of the focus by looking at the tiny thumbnail once you've uploaded it to Adobe Stock. The Moderators will be able to see the original, full size version that you see on your computer.
