Need to Know the Exact Reason for this design for Intellectual Property Refusal

I amd new to Adobe contributor panel. I submitted series of design similar to below for all the Alphabet characters. All designs are rejected with the message saying INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY REFUSAL. May I can know what is the exact intellectual property in the below design. So that I can correct myself from next time
