Need your Feedback for two rejected photos due to technical issues?

I had several of my pictures rejected for technical issues. For some of them, I figured out the reasons for rejection. But for the two attached photos, I could not figure out the reasons for rejection.

Picture 1 is an outside image of an unidentified location outside the US

Picture 2 is from an unidentified construction site outside the US

Your feedback has been a learning process for me.

Thank you

1. Would need a property release if there would be no technical issues.

2. in addition to what @Jill_C said, you have a high noise level.

Hello,

I've had several photos that were rejected by adobe, but were not rejected from another stock photo site. I'd like some feedback on them.

Please start a new thread, rather than resurrecting a 2.5 year old thread, and attach your rejected images for which you would like feedback.

1. Blown highlights and noise, particularly noticeable in the shadows

2. zoom in to 100% and you'll see that it's not in sharp focus. There's also chromatic aberration.

Thanks, Abambo for the feedback.

1. This is a random public tourist place outside the US and they welcomed me to take pictures and publish them. They literally did not know who should sign it because there is no owner but the city itself! The carpets and other handmade stuff belong to various private sellers but the shot and decoration are public.

2. By noise do you mean the grainy areas?
