negative balance

I'm new contributor. At start my account balance is negative: -2429,33PLN

How is it possible?

A wrote to Adobe several times but got no response so far...

I checked your account in Fotolia and it appears your balance is positive. There may be a display issue in the portal resulting from all of the credits you have bought and used to purchase licenses. I will look into this asap.
