I have opened a new account and it's been 6/7 days, but I still can't submit the file. Why??? Is there any issue or when will my account be accepted?

I have opened an account 10 days ago, but I still can't submit the file. Why? I have filled out the tax form, but that's not working either. What should I do?

  • Did you complete the application process?
  • Did you provide Adobe with a verified PayPal, Payoneer or Skrill account to receive payments?
  • Did you complete your Tax Withholding forms?
  • Did you thoroughly read your Contributor User Guide? 
  • Do your assets meet all the submission requirements?

 

Use a modern desktop browser (Chrome, Firefox, MS Edge) that doesn't block scripts or have VPN enabled.

What is the issue? I think that you can can upload and submit a few files immediately after having opened your contributor account.
