New contributor - image rejected for intellectual property

Hi from a new contributor.

I have a question about a rejection.

File ID: 244296111

Rejected for Intellectual Property - Is that because I've used the name of a premises and / or the type of plane in the title? Or because it is of a particular type of plane, ie a Spitfire, although I note that there are other photos of this type of plane already in Stock.

Should I retitle it Vintage Fighter Plane Taxiing on Grass (or something similar)?

Many thanks

Gareth.

As Mazola.Art says, remove all identification from the picture. You may then re-submit. If the "Spitfire" keyword triggers refusals I can not say. As a general rule, Spitfire is a trade name and trade names are prohibited. But as this is a historical name, it may pass.

You have to delete the Registration nummer "X4650", maybe also the "KL" and "A"

It would be nice to show the picture and the title you attributed. There are many possibilities to get a rejection on IP.
