New Contributor: Photos Rejected for technical issues

Hi, I took some photos of textures for my own project, decided to post them here as well to see what happens, and they were rejected for [Technical Issues]. Very little post was done to these photos so that whoever uses them can tweak them in whichever way suits their projects. Not sure what the [Technical Issue] was... Any helps will be welcome:)

Technical issues are not the text. The text would be IP issues at most. But this may be an issue. The moderator cannot see whether it is a name or not and if he/she wants to be on the safe side, he/she refuses.

The refusal here is for technical issues, however:

All pictures have exposure problems. You should make sure that the histogram is equilibrated and stretches on the whole range. The second has also a lighting issue, as the top is much brighter than the bottom.

The name needs to be removed. What is the subject of the photos? The photos are poorly cropped and lack contrast.

Hi there, thanks for the feedback, I apreciate it:) The name? 'Zakaz etc.' Mmm, it's not a name it says 'post no bills in Czech' interesting that would be a problem, I thought that was the cool part. Are there any guidelines one can find and follow than going through this tedious process?
