I think for your egret, you have darkened the river way too much. It's 'hanging' in mid-air. You should also show the legs. The egret needs some context. - as over a river. The way you have shown it, there isn't any context at all!
So, for the egret, exposure issues will come under the heading of quality issues!
The Egret: If you get to a nicely exposed picture, I'm confident that it can get accepted. You should only submit well exposed assets with a nicely equilibrated histogram and let the buyer take the decisions for extreme editing.
Maine power plant: You should only submit one of the two pictures, as they are very similar. As for the editing: see my remarks above.
Morning web: Nice picture, but if you look into the details, you see problems ahead:
(yes, I did extreme pixel peeping at 500%, but only, because I saw at 100%, that something was not OK)
You should leave the colours naturally, to create a creepy atmosphere should be let to the potential buyer.
You should also watch your histogram:
This histogram shows a highly underexposed picture. The whole right part of the information is gone. The histogram needs to be well equilibrated, as said, the buyer can modify that to their needs. As soon as the picture is as destroyed as this one, there is very little that can be done to bring it back.

The first file looks like a composite where you superimpose the bird taken with bright exposure over another bird with dark exposure. Except for the wings and head of the bird, all else is too dark.
The second and third images are underexposed and noisy with out of focus elements in the forefront. Details are lost in the dark.
The fourth image is underexposed with chromatic noise. The subject is not in focus.
thank you for your constructive feedback. The Egret is real, I may have darkened the water too much. The others were underexposed for effect, not intending to submit for stock. Thanks for the info so I may have better techniques if I want to submit.
Hi, thank you for your response. The reasons for rejections appear to be just generic quaility issues, not sure if there is another place to look for a more detailed explanation?
The Egret is very real, a photograph, I may have darkened the water too much.
Understood on the power plant, I'll try to adjust it.
