Take a few moments and put your image into Adobe Stock. If there are a 1000s images of something similar to your image, your image may not be accepted.
Remember to use a tripod especially with the Aurora.
Ask yourself who is going to buy this image? Where would this image be used commercially?
What story is your image telling? What is the point of interest that the viewer is looking at?
When would this image be used?
Alternative ideas as well. Your images maybe more suitable for a magazine / newspaper / tourism board in your area to promote local tourism?
Get closer to the dogs. Frame them in their doors. Different angles and positions. Capture their story.
Editing is required with most photos. The camera cannot adjust to the proper exposure between bright snow and dark shadows. You must do this in editing. Also sometimes it is best to remove unwanted and distracting object. Here an example:

In addition to editing digital photos for commercial use before submitting them to Stock, you’ll need to submit signed Property Release forms from the dog owner.
The fact that you didn’t edit this is part of the problem. There is also a loss of detail in the shadows and highlights that would be difficult to recover.
