I want to know what's wrong with my photos, why are they being rejected?

Someone please explain this to me clearly so I can know what my mistakes are.

Hibiscus tree in daylight with new buds.jpg:

framing. Composition is an important part of photography and your assets need to be well composed. This picture looks like just an other snapshop. In addition, the asset is not sharp:

You need to check your assets at 100% for errors and artefacts before submitting.

And as a side note: flower pictures are really low intrerest pictures, abundantly present in the database, and won't quite probably never generate sensible amounts of sales.

I think sir I need to do more professional work.

Can you give me some suggestions as I live in a rural area and I can't figure out what kind of photos I should take.

Customers buy photos of people doing things & interacting with other people.  Home, work, school, family gatherings and leisure activities.

Be sure to bring along plenty of Model Release Forms. You'll need one from each person to use the photos commercially.

It looks like you have over-intensified the greens. You should also use sRGB as your color profile.
