Kilka dni temu wrzuciłem kilka zdjęć a w nich obraz zedytowany w programie FotoSketcher. Obraz przedstawia wschód słońca i Wenus lecz kilka dni później otrzymałem informację: "BRAK ZGODY NA ROZPOWSZECHNIANIE WIZERUNKU OBIEKTU". Moje pytanie brzmi jak mam na to zareagować gdyż na zdjęciu nie ma żadnego wizerunku i obiektu który jest czyjąś własnością, a pozatym program FotoSketcher mozna używać do celów komercyjnych?

Hi @Karol5C8F ,

Fotosketcher can be used for commercial work.

You need to own the rights of the original picture, however. You even can't use a free for use picture from NASA, for example, to inject that into the stock database.

As for the rest, please do as @Ricky336 and @Test Screen Name suggested.

Hello,

Submit the picture again but with an IP release form saying you are the author of the picture.

If you submit art, you must include a property release by the artist. Even if the artist is the same person. How could Adobe know this if you do not tell them? The way to tell them is the IP release.
