Hola que tal, tengo la siguiente situación, subí dos fotos para ser revisadas, y resulta que al pasar los días no las encuentro, no estan en rechazadas pero tampoco "en revision", ¿Alguien sabe que pasó?

Yes, if you see them in your Portfolio they have been accepted. Look for the "Contributor Account" link at the top of the page, and click the check boxes for "Email Preferences" so that you will receive an email indicating when images have been accepted or rejected or sold.
