"No flag regarding generative AI" as a reason for rejecting images created WITHOUT AI

Good day to all. I'm new here, so I send my warmest regards to all the hard workers on both sides. The decisions of the moderators can be surprising, of course, and sometimes it's really hard to answer the question of what was wrong with our image. And the terse messages without details that we see with rejected works are not very helpful and sometimes they even make it harder to understand our own mistakes than they are an inspiration to improve. I've worked in the visual industry long enough to calmly endure the decisions of the moderators regardless of what I think about them. A bit of humility is always a good choice :-), regardless of whether these negative decisions are "decisions" of a machine or a human.

This time, however, the message that appeared with the rejected works left me truly stunned. My confusion was so great that I decided to write to you. Several of my works were rejected because: "No flag regarding generative AI". The thing is, not a single pixel on these works was generated by AI. Everything was the work of human hands....
I will be very grateful if, despite more important activities, someone decides to reply to my message. My admiration for Adobe's good practices will be even greater if someone kind decides to look through these works once again - with a human eye.
cordial greetings

You are not addressing Adobe here in this forum, and will receive no reply from them here. There is no way to dispute the findings of the Moderators. These wrong decisions regarding whether an asset is AI do happen from time to time. You can try to resubmit and hope for a different Moderator next time. It has also been suggested that you can accompany the asset with a property release documenting that you are the creator of the asset.

Just to let you know, it's okay to be friendly, but try to explain your problem in a shorter way. I resent having to read two complete paragraphs devoid of substantive content before comprehending the main point.

If a moderator (human!) refuses your asset for a missing generative AI flag, this has normally 2 possible meanings:

  1. Your asset looks like generative AI or some of the generative AI. In that case, you need to submit a property release, stating that your work does not contain generative AI work. You can use the digitally signed property release, as you are both, the property owner and the artist (photographer).
  2. The moderator erred and meant quality issues or similar.
