No moderation for 22 days

I have never received support in chat or e-mail, regarding that my illustrations were not moderated for 22 days. The best answer I received was that moderation takes up to 5-7 days.

I posted the generative ai illustrations, but 22 days...

There are many, many other posts in this forum about review times. Read some of them! Generative AI could take up to 3 months now...

For faster review turnaround, submit less Generative AI and more photos.

Adobe Stock Contributor Support must be inundated with frivolous requests. Spamming their system could get your account banned.

Just be patient and work on other assets while you wait for review. There's nothing else you can do.

Generative AI will take for up to 3 months to get moderated.

Vector assets should get moderated in the first 15 days after submission. As ai may also be Adobe Illustration files, I just included this FYI. But I think that your question is aimed at generative AI.
