No one is revieing my stock illustrations.

Hi

 

I have a number of illustrations in review and its been like that for 9 days - anyone have any ideas when will my images get reviewed?

Adobe staff doesn't work on holidays or weekends. And this is summer vacation season which could be adding to delays.  Review times vary by how many assets were ahead of yours in the wait queue.  Most photos and vectors are reviewed in 5-15 business days.  Illustrations and Generative AI could take 1-3 months.

 

Stock receives thousands of assets each week. First come, first served.  Be patient.  Work on other projects while you await review.  Your turn will come.

I have uploaded 3 illustrations, although none of them is AI-generated image I remember that the platform jumped me a message that said that I had an AI-generated image on my batch

I forgot to add that my images have been 11 days on review status

Vectors will vary between 5 to maybe 10 days. Generative AI, up to a month.

Generative AI is so deeply backlogged, I expect the wait queue is more than 1 month behind now.  Maybe closer to 2-3 months.

 

Best advice, don't submit so much Generative AI.  Try submitting some real assets instead.

    If you've already submitted an AI-generated image, be prepared to wait more than 24 days.
