No Response From Adobe After Appeal – Account Still Blocked (Case ID: ADB-46679654-G6S1)

Hi everyone,

My Adobe Stock Contributor account was blocked for a Terms Violation a few weeks ago. I submitted an appeal through the "Contact us" form and received Case ID ADB-46679654-G6S1.

In my follow-up message on this case, I explained that a few of my submitted images included some small individual elements from Canva's built-in library (like an icon or small graphic) used within my own original designs, rather than full pre-made templates. I clarified that I wasn't aware this could violate Adobe Stock's content ownership requirements, apologized for the oversight, and committed to submitting only fully original content going forward.

I received an automated confirmation that my message was received, but it's now been close to a week with no further update, and my account still shows as deactivated when I try to log in.

Has anyone else experienced this kind of delay? Is there a typical response time I should expect at this stage, or anything else I can do? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance.

Investigations can take weeks or even months, depending on the number of investigations ahead of yours. Do not contact Adobe to ask for any updates, as this can potentially create new case numbers of slow down an already slow investigation process. Your only option is to continue waiting. You may wish to consider submitting to other stock sites in the meantime if you are not already doing so.

Hi Danielle, thank you so much for the clear information and the advice regarding not opening new support tickets. I completely understand that the investigation process takes time, and I will definitely be patient.

If you don't mind me asking, as a Community Expert, do you happen to know of any internal contacts or community managers at Adobe who might be able to take a quick look at my case (Case ID: ADB-46679654-G6S1)? I know you all are busy and I don't want to overstep, but any small tip or guidance on escalating this would mean a lot to me. Thanks again for your time!

Sorry, but Community Experts are not in a position to help escalate account issues.

If your account is suspended and you submit an inquiry via the contact form, it may take several months to receive a reply.
All you can do is wait for a response.

Hi Yamato, thank you for setting the right expectations regarding the wait time. It helps to know what to expect, and I will wait for their response as advised.

Since you have a lot of experience in this community, could you please let me know if there is any specific Adobe staff member or escalation channel you'd recommend reaching out to? Or is waiting patiently truly the only option? I would really appreciate any small favor or advice you could share. Thank you!

We, as Adobe Community Experts, have no connections to Adobe Stock reviewers or staff.
You likely would not receive a reply even if you contacted an individual directly.
We are in the same position as you in this regard.
Everyone’s submissions are processed through the same system, so the only thing to do now is wait.
