“No Response from Adobe Stock Contributor Support – Account Issue”

Hello,

I recently contacted Adobe Stock Contributor Support to request deactivation of my old Contributor account and activation of my new one.

It has now been over 5 business days and I haven’t received any reply. I also sent a follow-up message, but there’s still no update.

My new account is still inactive, and I’d really appreciate if someone from the team or a moderator can help escalate this issue or check the status.

Thank you very much!

Hello, did you get any answer already?

I've never heard of someone who wanted to deactivate their old account for opening a new one. That does not sound very targeted.

Anyhow, except asking yourself to contact contributor support, there is nothing this community of peers can do for you. Please let the support time to react, it may not be their first priority to cancel accounts for no obvious reason.

Why are you deactivating your old account?

If it was a mistake, then you should close the new account immediately. You could delete all the content. By having 2 active accounts you are now in violation of the guidelines and are at risk of having both accounts suspended.
