No response on deactivated Adobe Stock contributor account appeal since May 23, 2025

Hello,

My Adobe Stock contributor account was deactivated on May 23, 2025 due to AI-generated content, and I submitted an appeal on the same day.

Since then, I have sent multiple follow-up requests, including on February 1, 2026 and March 1, 2026, and I also submitted a new support ticket recently. However, I still have not received any response.

It has been a very long time without any update regarding my appeal.

Could a moderator or Adobe staff please advise me on how to proceed or help escalate my case?

I also had a remaining balance in my contributor account and would appreciate clarification on whether it is eligible for payout.

Thank you.

No. When an account is terminated, all royalty fees are automatically forfeited. It’s explained in the Contributor TERMS you agreed to when you joined.

Adobe personnel do not frequent this forum, and would not reply here on an account issue anyway. I agree with @daniellei4510  that this appears to be a permanent account suspension. Unfortunately, you may not get confirmation or really know why…

I would like to know if this has happened to any contributor before, whose account has been suspended for life but he has not received any response!

Yes. Many contributors have been terminated for violating the TERMS.

Contributors are not employees, we’re suppliers.

Adobe can cancel suppliers at any time without an explanation. That’s their choice.

No one from Adobe frequents this forum. Given that it has been entire year without a follow up response, I suspect that means the deactivation is likely permanent. That’s unfortunate if so, but we here on this forum cannot be of assistance, as we are all contributors and have no way of contacting Adobe another’s behalf.
