No response to adobe stock support ticket

Over the past few weeks, I've submitted three support tickets to address various issues. Unfortunately, the response to my initial ticket did not address my specific question, and despite following up with a subsequent question, I have not received any further feedback. The problem remains unresolved.

A second ticket was submitted later, but there has been no response to this inquiry as well. Additionally, a third ticket was raised for a different issue, yet the outcome has been the same – no updates or resolutions.

I am seeking guidance on how to obtain updates for these outstanding tickets, all of which are now several weeks old. I appreciate any assistance you can provide in addressing these matters promptly.

1. No, you cannot change the file type yourself. I assume these are AI assets? As long as they're correctly identified as AI assets, it probably doesn't make a lot of difference whether they're under Photos or Illustrations.

2. If any part of your assets was created with a Generative AI tool, you must tick the AI checkbox when submitting the assets. Adobe prefers that you do not include text. Buyers with even a rudimentary PS skill level can add whatever text they want. Also, including text limits your sales to countries where that language is spoken.

If you have a personal account the best way to get a person is not really the righth way.  However i asked for phone support about billing.. Funny thing is he had it fdixedin 3 minutes that it took since 16 of Jan to get somwome.  To find out they are really in trouble for their recovery method on my case,  HOPE IT HELPS.

That does not help, as customer service is not trained and competent to help Adobe stock contributors. So, to all reading this: Contributors need to contact contributor support: Need help? (Stock Contributor Support)

It may well be that contributor support considers the issue solved with their initial answer. Without a hint about the issue we do not know if the matter is best discussed here. If you are contesting refusals, however, you should not bother contributor support. They won't answer such requests.

Hi thank you for the reply. No, it s not about refusals. I have posted about my issue above in my first reply to @Jill_C

My network needed too much time to post the message. But I see that the questions you have are best answered here. But to change illustrations to photos and vice versa, you need contributor support.

It's unfortunate, but currently contributor support is overrun with a lot of questions about refusals, slow moderation and blocked accounts. That makes it difficult to respond timely to other troubles.

Yes let me explain this.

1. I submitted realistic images of fruits or vegetables some time back. All of them are identical in style and realistic. I posted them under the "Photo" section instead of "Illustration" due to this reason. All of them got approved but some have fallen to the "illustration" section when they got approved.

my first ticket was to ask about this. I got a reply and then the support person changed them back to the "photo" section".  I sent 3 sample image links to them to check the quality and they only changed them under "photo".  But my question was how to do it from my end. I know how to change the category, keywords, or titles. But I do not know how to change the illustration to fall under photos.

This is the first issue

2. 2nd one was regarding some illustrations. I create some vector-style illustrations using Midjourney. Let me explain with an example. I created some drawings of the sun and clouds. These sun and clouds are generated separately. After that, I edited things in Photoshop and added some text myself to make a graphic. My question is can I do that? and can I update this under "Generative Ai" categorygary.
