No Response to My Adobe Stock Contributor Appeal (Case #00509612) – Need Guidance

Hello Adobe Community,

I am seeking guidance regarding my Adobe Stock Contributor account.

My contributor account was deactivated, and I submitted an appeal on May 1, 2026. I received an automatic acknowledgement with Case Number: 00509612.

Since then, I have sent two polite follow-up emails (on June 12 and June 28), but as of July 22 I have not received any response from the Contributor Relations team.

My contributor account still shows "Account Deactivated", and I cannot access my portfolio, dashboard, or earnings.

I fully respect Adobe Stock's Contributor Terms and understand that account reviews take time. I am not asking anyone here to review my case, but I would appreciate guidance on the following:

  1. Is it normal for an appeal to remain unanswered for this long?
  2. Is there any official way to request a status update beyond email?
  3. If my account will not be reinstated, how can I know that a final decision has been made?
  4. Since my account is only marked as "Account Deactivated" (not "Closed"), am I allowed to create a new Adobe Stock Contributor account in the future, or should I wait for an official response before doing so?

Thank you for any advice or guidance.

    Multiple contributor accounts are prohibited.

Operating multiple accounts without approval can result in immediate account bans.

Best advice: find something else to work on while you wait. Submit content to other services.

    Good luck.

The answers to questions 1-3 is: “you have on recourse other than to wait”.
The answer to question 4 is: “No, you cannot. When Adobe terminates or deactivates a contributor account for violating the Terms of Agreement, the action is tied to you as an individual, not just your email address or specific Adobe ID.” Opening a new account with a different email address to bypass a ban is a direct breach of Adobe's Contributor Terms.
