Non Compliance Content
Tried to post following Pic but got the reason non compliance content can any one please help in explaining the detail reason for that thank you,

You submitted the file with a watermark in the lower right corner (cropped from the example you posted).
That will always result in a non-compliance rejection reason. In addition, you did not attach a model release with that first upload. I see you have already resubmitted the file without the watermark and with a release so you've got a better shot at getting approved here.
