Non compliant content rejection

I recently decided to try Adobe stock, and the following image was rejected with the reason given as "Non Compliant Content."  Can anyone advise what is non-complaint about this image?  Is there a way to ask for specifics - I don't find one? Thanks in advance.

Non-compliant:

"This reason means that your content doesn’t comply with our Contributor Agreement. Content may be non-compliant due to watermarks, inappropriate or irrelevant keywords or image titles, or questionable, or defamatory content. Your file is also rejected as non-compliant if you receive a reminder to submit a model or property release, or resolve a problem with a release, and you resubmit the file without addressing the issue."

Hello, I do like this action photo. I think there might be a technical problem in the foreground on the left there is a blur. Did you process it or send it through a filter? If it is just a request for a release, do send one and resubmit this photo. Best, JH
