This photo was rejected. Reason: Inappropriate picture.

Since I think that some buyers are looking for artistic pictures in order to To make greeting cards or the like, I wonder why this picture should be inappropriate.

Does somebody has any idea?

This image would be more useful to a wider audience without the vignetting around the edges.  That may be the reason for rejection.
