Non Compliant Image Question

These 2 images were recently rejected for non compliance.  Anyone have any idea why?

Non Compliant reasons: Your content doesn’t comply with our Terms of Use. This may be due to inappropriate or irrelevant keywords or image titles, or questionable or defamatory content. Please review our Terms carefully prior to submitting files.  What was the Metadata in these files (key words, title etc.)

Thank you.  I've read the rejection reasons, and there is neither questionable nor inappropriate content.  Neither are there irrelevant keywords or image titles.   But thank you for reminding me to review our terms carefully.
