Non-compliant images rejections for beauty fitness photography

Hello,

I have to post my question here, cause e-mail support doesn't help me and saying that they can't comment rejections.

May be you know that some time ago Adobe add more restrictions to "sensual" images. Ok, I can understand that even partially nude now not accepted. But for example this image is not nude, it's just fitness woman on cube in studio. But this image and similar was rejected because it's "non-compliant image". This is very-very strange for me... do you have any comments, any similar problems? May be you know how can I request inspection of rejections for second time by other reviewer?

(P.S. Sure I'm not uploading stock images with logos, it's just for internet posts, also there is 0 chance that it's problem with quality or something like that, it's only because reviewer thinks that this image is to "nude".)

The logo is not allowed.

The logo wasn't uploaded according to the OP:

That's fun, but somehow all of my rejected photos was restored and already have some sales.

I made post here and email to support, but in support I mention only one photo as an example. But they restore all rejections, about 20 photos. Good, Adobe! Strange, but good. 🙂

Good to know. Probably the moderator was a bit overzealous! It happens!

Well, firstly, according to the metadata - it's not AI-rendered but a photo from a physical camera! So there is no rendering of the shoe, hip and so on so nothing wrong there.

I don't see anything wrong with the model.

Non-compliant can indeed mean many things, so just maybe something in the title or keywords. Perhaps you inadvertently used a keyword that is protected by a US company - for example - 'apple' can actually cause problems! Believe it or not!

OR, the model is indeed too 'revealing'. In today's world, perhaps she is showing too much hip, so somebody might complain about this. It is possible!!!!

I dunno, @Ricky336. A search for nudes on Adobe Stock still shows some very revealing images. Otherwise, the moderator took the new rules a little too literally.

I just upload this image again, it's much faster then getting reply from Adobe what means "non-compliant" in my case. If it will be rejected for second time... then it's not a "glitch", it's a problem.

In addition to the non-compliant watermark there are weird blotchy artifacts on her skin.

And the hair. Like what is growing out of her armpit.

It's non-compliant because it includes a logo or watermark. Before it can be approved, there are other issues that need fixing, like the wrinkles above her top hip. Her shoes are poorly rendered as well as the contrast is extremely high.

You are joking. I make stock photography for 18 years and I never upload photos with logos, it's just for internet use here. There is 0 problmes with shoes and wrinkles on hip is a natural part of her body, this can't be a reason for rejection. I'm writing here onle because several month ago 100% of this images was approved and now I have mass rejection. For this model, for this shoot.
