Non-compliant specific case clarification

Hello folks. I'm new here and I need help to understand and know what to do in a particular case:

I have uploaded an image that I did many years ago using photoshop filters. I had a refusal due to non-complaiant with the following comments:

"Possible reasons:

- Non compliant use of another artist’s name.

- Undeclared Generative AI Content.

- Content not compliant with overall guidelines"

Witch one you think that was the reason. Of course for sure it is not AI generated because this image was done when AI was not available.

I have a group of images and illustrations of the same kind that I did with photoshop filters, do I have to discard all?

thank you so much in advance

Ok! Thank you! I will not upload the others like this one.

Original artwork will need a signed property release by you as the artist.  Did you submit one with your artwork?

Ensure that what you submit to Stock meets requirements.  Read the Dos & Don'ts section.

The Moderator might be assuming that this was made with Generative AI tools.

This will be a problem for me, how can I prove I did not use AÍ?.. Thank you!

There is no avenue for you to dispute the findings of the Adobe Moderators. You can re-edit and re-submit rejected images for further consideration, and in this case, perhaps specifically state "hand drawn illustration" or something of that sort in the title. However, be aware that resubmitting previously rejected images can get you labeled as a spammer and can be grounds for account suspension.

Adobe Stock strongly discourages (if not completely rejects) the use of special effects filters for one, and two, I don't see what commercial value this image might have.
