Non-compliant Vector refusal

I Upload my design Adobe Stock not Accept the design and give this feed back why

 

 

 

- Non compliant use of another artist’s name.

- Undeclared Generative AI Content.

- Content not compliant with overall guidelines:

Adobe Stock has over 1 million Mandalas.

After a while, one Mandala looks like all the others.  Dare to be different.

I would guess number 3 of the reasons given. We had recently a similar design, with the same refusal reason.

I can't tell much from a tiny preview.  Are all vector paths fully closed?

Did you submit a Property Release with your original artwork (signed by you as the artist)?

If this was automated or AI-built, you cannot submit it as a vector. Adobe doesn't currently accept vector art created via AI tools.

As for the other possibilities, check your keywords. If you have any names or other proper nouns there, make sure you are legally able to and that their inclusion doesn't violate the Adobe guidelines.
