Non-compliant Vector refusal with "Murder" title

You have a frame. That is not allowed and results in a noncompliant refusal. Eliminate the background. That allows your vector file to be added as a PNG file, and expands the list of potential buyers.

Except for Merry Christmas, Happy New Year, Happy Birthday and similar, it is better to use generic text such as "Text Here". The text you have on your art work came across as a movie or book title.

A bit far out - but it is the title of a Netflix series.

Having two basic reason

1)you give incorrect title or tags e.g you write in title isolated on white background but background is not remove or tags you included not represent the image

2)you cannot check mark on Ai generated
