Not able to sign into adobe stock contributors

When i try to Sign in into adobe stock conti butors page it shows me:

Sorry, your access has been denied

You are ineligible to use this product or service due to the Service Eligibility Requirements.

I tried every possible solution even wrote to the adobe support team but that did not help

I followed allt he rules of the platform but i don't know what is th problem if i am wrong please correct me

There are some criteria of eligibility:

Your age: you can't use the system if you are underage. Sporadically, the system errs in this. However, Adobe customer service can rarely redress this.
Your location. If you are located somewhere, where the access to Adobe services is restricted, you can't use them.
