Hello, could I change the title, image description and keywords and try again to add them to the stock if they were not accepted? Could this be a bad consequence for my page?

Why would you do that? There is a rejection reason, and the issues need to be addressed before resubmitting. Submitting multiple times, without addressing the issues, may be considered as spam and your account may get closed for that.

Could one of the reasons be the description of the photo, a mismatch between the description and the picture, or even the wrong keywords?

What was the refusal reason? If the title was indeed the refusal reason, you can upload again with a correct title. But normally such files get sent to the review tab and not outright refused.
