Mostly the eyes, somewhat the hands, and the mouth/tongue of the one on the left. I don't know if the falling flowers are really necessary.

At 100%, I see many artefacts and a very out of focus image:

There is noise and colour noise, there is a dark line around the four and ear.

Strange artefacts (square or rectangle patterns) in the water (left animal).

The hands and the eyes errors have been pointed out by @daniellei4510.

The filename points to an illegal use of a style. You should be aware that this is a grave violation of the instructions and may lead to suspension.
