Hi @master804 ,

If you file is too small, or there's excessive technical error, the uploader will not allow the file to upload. Sometimes, there are detected technical error, but the uploader allow the file to upload, but flag it afterwards with the option for you to delete it.

However, it is possible that if your Internet service is extremely unstable, you get this message also.

If you submit the file here, we can better say what is the issue.

We have no access to rejected images. As @Jill_C mentioned, upload the asset here.

What is a "not loaded error"?. Show a screenshot, please. There is no "online" quality control with Adobe stock. It may well be that the image size does not meet the requirements.
