nquiry About Earnings After Deleting My Previous Adobe Stock Account

Hello Adobe Stock Team and Fellow Contributors, I previously deleted my Adobe Stock contributor account because I felt it was not growing as expected. I also wanted to fully comply with Adobe’s policies and avoid any risk of violating the multiple account restrictions. Even though I have noticed that some contributors manage multiple accounts using different identities, I wanted to follow the rules properly and decided to focus on just one account. However, even after deleting my account, I continue to receive sales reports for my assets. I would like to ask: Is it still possible to withdraw the remaining earnings from my deleted account? If withdrawal is not possible, can my portfolio and assets be permanently removed from Adobe Stock? I would really appreciate any guidance on this matter. Looking forward to your response. Thank you!

You must send a request to Adobe directly to have an account closed. The fact that you continue to receive sales reports is an indication that you didn't really close it; however if it's still making sales maybe you should reconsider closing it.

A bit confused. So you were running multiple accounts and decided to delete one? You're correct, multiple accounts are a not allowed if the same type of assets are uploaded to those accounts.

So which do you recommend more, multiple accounts with different assets, or just focusing on one account?

It has always been my understanding that only Adobe can delete an account upon the request of the contributor. Could be wrong.

Thank you for your response.

To clarify, I previously had two accounts, but I decided to delete one and focus on a single account to fully comply with Adobe's policies. However, even after deleting the account, I still receive daily sales reports for my assets.

My question is.
Can I still withdraw the earnings from my deleted account?

I would appreciate any clarification on this matter. Thank you!

Best I can tell you is to give it a try. Though doing so may raise a red flag on Adobe's end if they aren't already aware that you had two accounts, in which case it's conceivable that your active account might be disable while Adobe investigates. Maybe other constributors might have a different opinion. Not sure where you're from but it's nearly midnight in the US, so further comments might not come until morning.
