Out of Focus?

So, I have a ton of photos that are rejected because they are "out of focus." However, they all feature close-up objects, which are totally in focus with blurred backgrounds. Is this not sth that Adobe wants? Here is an example.

That image looks great when you see it small.However, when you view it at 100%, it looks oversharpened and a bit blurry at the same time. Maybe that's the problem.
