The rejection reason in English is "Non compliant file".

Non-compliant file

This reason means that your content doesn’t comply with our Contributor Agreement. Content may be non-compliant due to watermarks, inappropriate or irrelevant keywords or image titles, or questionable, or defamatory content. Your file is also rejected as non-compliant if you receive a reminder to submit a model or property release, or resolve a problem with a release, and you resubmit the file without addressing the issue.

  • It may also be that a model release of the mother is required as the mother can be identified indirectly or because Adobe does consider this as a partiel nude. I wouldn't but if you got a reminder for a model release and you submitted that one of the child it may well be that the moderator wanted a second one.
  • It may also be that your model release was not conforming.

But considering that the model release is OK, it is the black and white postprocessing that triggered the rejection. The buyer can convert to black and white, but he has difficulties to get the colour back... You should not consider stock as an art but as a craft, giving the customer the most of possibilities.

Nice picture.

What was the rejection reason?

Things that come to mind:

  • You need a model release at least of the girl.
  • Don't change to black and white.
  • The picture needs to be sharp.

Thanks for response!

The rejection title in spanish was "Imagen fuera de las normas", translated as ... "Image out of the rules".

I've load the model release for the girl, so maybe the black and white edition is the rejection reason. I center the sharpening in the hand creating the feeling of protection her brother....

Could I upload the color version?
