Over 1 Month Without Response to Account Suspension

Hello Adobe Stock team,

My contributor account was deactivated, and I contacted support on 14 July 2025 (Case #00419619).

I sent follow-ups on 21 July (#00421635) and 31 July (#00424587).

It has now been over a month without any response beyond the automatic acknowledgments. I would be grateful if a moderator could check the status of my case or advise on how long the review process might take.

Adobe is not following this forum, and even if they would, they would not answer your request here. On Disquord, even starting a suspension discussion is a reason for getting banned, so don't try that. 

 

I know, it's frustrating, but some people waited more than half a year for a resolution or a definite answer to their case. And I won't make you a lot of hope, some contributors never get an answer, or they interpret a definite answer incorrectly. All is depending on the size of your contributor account and the alleged suspension reason. 

 

In the meantime, you should contribute for other databases, there is not much more that you can do.

 

If your account has been suspended, there is nothing that this community of peers can do for you. You will need to contact Adobe contributor support via the link at “Contact us”. Adobe will answer via e-mail, so watch your spam folder. The answer may take some time, depending on the workload of contributor support and the complexity of the investigation. So be patient and do not spam the contributor support.

No one here can advise how long the account investigation will take. Sorry, there's nothing you can do except wait patiently.
