Over Two Months Since My Adobe Stock Account Was Deactivated – Still No Update

Hello Adobe Community,

I'm reaching out to see if anyone has experienced a similar situation or can offer any guidance.

My Adobe Stock contributor account was suspended on May 28, and I reported the issue immediately.

It has now been over two months, and I haven't received any update regarding the investigation or the status of my account. I completely understand that these reviews can take time, and I respect Adobe's review process. However, the lack of communication has left me uncertain about what to expect.

I've been an Adobe Stock contributor for the past 5–6 years and have always tried to follow the Contributor Terms and guidelines. To the best of my knowledge, I haven't engaged in any activity that would violate Adobe's policies, which is why I'm struggling to understand what may have triggered the suspension.

Adobe Stock has been one of my primary sources of monthly income. As a creator and influencer based in India, I regularly create and license stock content, so this has had a significant impact on my work.

If anyone in the community has gone through a similar experience, I would really appreciate hearing:

  • How long did your account review take?
  • Were you eventually able to recover your account?
  • Is there anything I can do while the investigation is ongoing?
  • Are there any additional steps I should take besides waiting for the support team?

If an Adobe staff member happens to see this post, I would be extremely grateful for any update on it, or even an estimated timeline for the review.

Thank you to everyone who takes the time to read this. Any advice, shared experience, or guidance would mean a lot to me.

By some reports, it varies from several weeks to many months, depending on why your account was flagged in the first place and how many other cases are ahead of yours.  Fellow users here can’t predict when or if you’ll be invited back. Too many unknown factors.

Meanwhile, be patient, work on other projects, and submit content to outside services. That’s all you can do.

    Hi @yogendras31

Once you contact Adobe via the contact information they provided in your suspension notice, there is nothing more for you to do but wait for a reply. In many cases, the reply takes several months. Your account may or may not be reactivated. In the mean time submit to other platforms.

    Best wishes
