Over/under exposure

The attached photos got rejected because of  "over/under exposure". Can someone critique and let me know if it's over-exposure or under?

Open each image at 100-300% magnifcation in Photoshop or Lightroom. 

Use your Histogram panel.

 

tomatoes-121138_editedNEW.jpg suffers from oversaturation, over sharpening, blown out highlights and chromatic aberation.

Unfortunately this is not suitable for commercial use due to all the technical/quality problems.
