I have already uploaded my video and image files. and they have somw downloaded too. but when I click on file ID, there go to “page not found”

    Change the country code in your browser’s address bar to an unrestricted region, eg. Canada (ca), France (fr), United Kingdom (uk).

    Your account is probably registered to a country that needs additional vetting before your images are available. Approved assets are available in other regions. Change the region, on the bottom of your dashboard, to a region like Germany or change the country code in the image URL and you should be able to see it.

    Are you saying that you can’t see your own images on your account Dashboard page? What country are you located in? Additional vetting is required for images to be displayed in certain countries.
