Some countries restrict assets. Maybe you're in one of them.

it may be as you say, is there a way to fix this?

I usually make 3d models and these contents should not be limited.

That's not the issue. The issue is, that for (probably) legal reasons, Adobe needs to do additional vetting for those countries. The additional vetting is done based on the number of downloads from the other countries, so they do no ant to spend time on assets, that do not sell.

If you publish your link to your porfolio, I can show you, how you can see your assets. You need to exchange the country code with an unrestricted one. I take always ca for Canada.

Don't worry: the majority of buyers are in the unrestricted countries, so the penalty is low. I do not see a difference in sales from restricted and non-restricted pictures, that is measurable.

What link do you use for your accepted assets?

The accepted assets can be found on your dashboard.

I can see the accepted works on the dashboard, but when I search with the file number, I encounter the page not found error.
